Culinary Magic Unveiled:
One of the most remarkable experiences came in the form of a Thai cooking class at The Food School Bangkok. A world where every dish is a masterpiece waiting to be created, this class was a delightful journey through the flavors, techniques, and culinary creativity that define Thai cuisine.
Guided by a local Thai chef, the QCCU team had the privilege of using local Thai crab to craft a papaya dish from northeastern Thailand. This hands-on culinary adventure not only tantalized their taste buds but also enriched their understanding of the intricate flavors and techniques that shape Thai cuisine.
QCCU's journey at the TUBC Vision Ventures Challenge was much more than a competition; it was an exploration of business opportunities, a deep dive into Thai culture, and a delectable culinary experience. Through this adventure, the team not only brought valuable insights to Vision Ventures but also returned with a treasure trove of knowledge, experiences, and cultural appreciation that will undoubtedly shape their future endeavors.
